Current Grade States
The following grades in this thread are the Grades I generally award certain types of characters when I approve an app right now. This is accurate to the 20th of july 2013.
The reason I made this is to give you guys a sort of unforced guideline and internal view on how I have been grading things myself to give you an idea of where I am going with approvals at the moment.
Remember, some characters that are deliberately crap at certain skills may override what is said below and always stay around E or F level. These are only guidelines after all and might sound like crap overall.
Powerless characters
Reitsu capability and Usage MUST be grade N and Deduction should be at least an F
The average character
Currently, Most ratings bounce between E and C where E are for the things the character is terrible at and C for things they are generally pretty good at. E is not necessary here as Ds and Cs are acceptable, but some characters will show a lack of competence with some skills. Do remember, a C grade shows the character is almost as good as a vice captain with that skill so award it with caution. Just give D if you are unsure or ask another staff member.
Vice captian level characters
These ratings should boast some decent C grades in the skills they are good at.
Captains, group leaders and characters of a similar level
These grades should be bouncing between A, B and C depending on the character. Remember E's are still possible here for characters that suck at some things.
